US Hotel Sprouts Up In Brussels
Estates Gazette, 24th March 2007Irish developer Thornsett has signed a deal with US hotel giant Starwood to bring its select-service hotel chain Aloft into Europe. The hotelier will open a 150 bedroom Aloft at Thornsett’s 74,000 sq ft Leopold Village development – an €80m mixed-use scheme near the European parliament in Brussels, Belgium. Work will start on site in autumn, with completion due in 2009.
