The seven-storey building will comprise 66 apartments and penthouses, as well as seven affordable properties, with prices starting from £275,000. A communal roof terrace will offer views over the River Thames, while the penthouses will have their own private terraces and river views. Caius House has ongoing links with the alumni of Caius College, Cambridge University. New recreation facilities will be provided on the ground floor that will be handed back to the Trustees of Caius House for use by the local community
