Thornlea Court Opens Its Doors

Thornsett Group is launching a new development of 28 apartments this weekend, with prices starting from £162,500. The on-site marketing suite at Thornlea Court in Thornhill Park, Sunderland, will open its doors between 10am and 4pm on both July 7 and July 8.

Visitors will be able to visit the spectacular show apartment by Q Interiors which demonstrates the very high quality specification provided by Thornsett Group throughout Thornlea Court. Located on the ground floor the show apartment will be easy to access and benefits from free on-street parking.

Thornlea Court at Thornhill Park is a modern gated development comprising 24 two-bedroom apartments and 4 three-bedroom penthouses, accessed by lift, with on-site dedicated parking for each apartment. This new development is located in Ashbrooke, just a few minutes’ walk from Sunderland city centre and its excellent transport links.

Apartments range from 737sq ft to 767 sq ft, while the penthouses occupy from 1119sq ft to 1205sq ft. Each penthouse has a spacious terrace and the ground floor apartments have their own private gardens. Thornlea Court is due for completion at the end of September 2007.

Thornsett will provide electric panel heaters rather than traditional radiators and all apartments have telephone, television and satellite points and intercom entry phone.
