Leopold Village, within 250m of the European Parliament and four stops of the Eurostar terminal, would make a perfect pad for a shiny new MEP keen to be close to the heart of the action in Brussels. This soon to be built 74,000 square foot development will include 108 studios of one, two, three and four bedroom apartments and 5,000 square ft of retail space with parking.
Starwood Hotels are already signed up as partners and will be bring loft-inspired design to their hotel there.
Architect Pierre Blondel Associates have designed the building, which is going to be ultra-contemporary in style with properties in three separate buildings. Sales were launched off-plan in 2007 and have been extremely strong to date, with construction due for completion at the beginning of 2010. Prices range from €179,999 for a studio apartment to €380,000 for a three bedroom apartment, and from €1,050,000 for a penthouse.
