Palace Street

LifeStyle Magazine, China, March 2010

Palace Street is a converted Georgian terrace from international developers Thornsett Group, who, despite being at the forefront of Europe’s real estate market, rarely get this type of golden opportunity to work on a truly classic property.

Just a stone’s throw from Buckingham Palace, Pala Street offers contemporary European living with expansive rooms and luxurious fittings in a historic structure. The classic layout of the original townhouse has been preserved, with drawing room, kitchen and three bedrooms drawn along traditional lines with gleaming walnut flooring throughout. Hi-tech twists such as iPod docks, integrated speakers and Lutron lighting bring the spaces into the twenty-first century with panache. The white gloss fitted  kitchen with black composite stone worktop includes a central island to house the induction hob and create a breakfast bar. Other eye-catching features that set Palace Street apart from other townhouses are the drawing-room terrace, 446 ft_ master suite and bespoke walnut wardrobes. Previously used for offices, Palace Street has once again been restored to its original purpose – house the very top scions of London’s elite.
