Thornsett Group is set to launch the final phase of the popular Charterhouse thesq development in Clerkenwell.

Set around a courtyard complex, the development comprises a total of 124 residential units located above commercial space, with private underground parking. In addition, 50 affordable apartments are located on Goswell Road. The latest release of apartments will bring 34 one- and two-bedroom homes to the market with the same high quality specification as the previous phases.

All the interiors have once again been designed by Swedish interior designer and Inchbald graduate, Staffan Tollgard.
