Part of Birdcage Walk Conservation Area, the renovated five-bedroom house at 31 Palace Street is a one-off project by the Thornsett Group.
“This house is unusual for Westminster, where other similar buildings remain offices or unmodernised townhouses,” says Thornsett director Bernadette Cunningham. The five-storey luxury home mixes walnut flooring and bespoke joinery with new technology including Lutron lighting, integrated speakers, iPod docking stations and Sky Plus HD TV.
