Thirty-three out of the 35 apartments and penthouses in the second phase at were sold within a few hours at the public launch. Thornsett Group had only released three luxury penthouses to the market, but demand at the launch was so high, the developers released an additional penthouse and it sold the same day.
Purchasers all exchanged contracts on the day and queued as early as 4am to be the first to buy in the second phase.
