Developer to open Sesame in Battersea 2013
Property Review South, October 2011Battersea is set to change dramatically over the next 10 years, and one new project on the riverfront near Battersea Square is Sesame Apartments, a residential development by the Thornsett Group.
Completion is due September 2013, which will coincide with other planned regeneration schemes including Battersea Power Station, The Nine Elms US Embassy scheme, and the extension of the Northern Line.
Previously a community centre founded by the Alumni of Cambridge University in Victorian times, Sesame Apartments is a development of 73 apartments and penthouses on seven floors.
