Buyers Snap Up Homes in Idyllic Village
Western Mail, 16th February 2008The Thornsett Group has sold all the properties at its Swanswell Close development in Broad Haven, Pembrokeshire.
Thornsett Group’s third development in the county includes 36 two, three and four-bedroom detached houses with garages and private gardens, located in Broadhaven, an idyllic seaside village within the Pembrokeshire National Park.
The company’s latest completed development is North Quay, comprising 20 one and two-bedroom apartments on the banks of the River Pembroke opposite the medieval Pembroke Castle. These apartments have all been designed with Thornsett Group’s high specifications and each apartment has private parking, with direct lift access to the apartments and the use of a communal roof terrace.
Thornsett Group has more than 300 homes under construction.
