Bramble Close
Bramble Close is a new build residential development, in two phases, consisting of forty-eight flats and seven houses. Great consideration was given during the design stage to ensure that the noise and traffic from the busy road adjacent to the site was kept to a minimum by designing the development to be inward looking.
Due to a funding deadline, the construction period was eleven months for the entire development. It was decided, therefore, that a timber frame structure was to be used, allowing the properties to be roofed at an earlier stage, whilst the traditional brick façade was built.
